After the organic modification of montmorillonite , the interplanar spacing of montmorillonite increased from 1 . 21nm to 1 . 78nm . up ( unsaturated polyester ) mmt ( montmorillonite ) nanocomposites were prepared by dispersing organically modified montmorillonite in prepromoted up resin and subsequently cross - linked using methyl ethyl ketone peroxide catalyst at several different clay concentrations 將有機(jī)蒙脫土分散到不飽和聚酯中,加入引發(fā)劑(過氧化甲乙酮) 、促進(jìn)劑(環(huán)烷酸鈷) ,使不飽和聚酯交聯(lián)制得納米復(fù)合材料。
The results showed that the interplanar spacing d values and relative x - ray diffraction intensity of the mixed lb films change with the ratio of ba / sa in a step - and w - shaped curve respectively , which indicates that only three kinds of longitudinal periodic structures can form in the mixed multilayer lb films of all ratios and each microstructure can be maintained in a certain ratio range . furthermore the mixed system always goes through a process of the longitudinal regularity decreasing when the ratio of ba / sa is out of the intermediate ratio range ( ba / sa : 1 / 5 ~ 1 / 1 ) 結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),對于sa ba混合膜,分相小而均勻,不出現(xiàn)單獨(dú)的衍射周期;隨比例不同,縱向面間距出現(xiàn)臺(tái)階效應(yīng),表明存在3類結(jié)構(gòu),其中在較大比例范圍內(nèi)出現(xiàn)了長短鏈交錯(cuò)的結(jié)構(gòu),這種結(jié)構(gòu)具有高的穩(wěn)定性和有序性;在ba較多的混合膜中,在脂鏈層間出現(xiàn)空洞結(jié)構(gòu),可以用來構(gòu)造特殊的納米結(jié)構(gòu)。
